You need to get the free Real Audio Player to hear this audio file. How Does Your Soundcard Compare?

I've listed 3 different midi files below. Click on each of them to see how they sound using your soundcard. Then click the corresponding Real Audio files to hear how they sound on a standard 16 bit FM card and finally click the the Real Audio files that feature the same midis played through a Wavetable card, the SoundBlaster AWE64 Gold.

• Midi file #1 - Midi file #2 - Midi file #3 - Note; the audio will be from your own midi soundcard.

• FM #1 - FM #2 - FM #3 - Note; these Real Audio files demonstrate a typical 16 bit FM card.

• AWE #1 - AWE #2 - AWE#3 - Note; this demonstrates the Wavetable AWE64 Gold card.
